Nura joined McCann Worldgroup in 2015 as a Digital Learning & Development Specialist to work on developing and scaling digital education to the global network of 21,000 employees with the pxl program. This project resulted in a scalable, out-of-the box solution for global digital training that includes 21 hours of content that can be easily localized and delivered in an office by internal and external subject matter experts. After piloting and developing the content, the program was scaled through facilitator guides, annotated (and easily customizable) presentations, workbooks, organizer tools, and a platform that manages enrollment and track feedback. The pxl program has won 5 awards, including 2 Gold Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.
The in-person pxl program was then converted into an app that made the learning available on demand, in bite-sized pieces. This app expanded on the foundations of digital knowledge, focusing on proprietary methodology and specialized knowledge from 42 different subject matter experts across the network. It was available in six languages.
